Lori has been in the construction field for 32 years. She partnered in her family construction business for 8 years before becoming Project Manager for a commercial general contractor. She launched Diamond Contractors, Inc. in November, 1994, and in the last 20 years it has grown into a nationwide company working in 42 states. As President and General Manager of Diamond Contractors, she oversees all operations of the company, including accounting, office management, estimating, sales, hiring of personnel, and acts as project manager for all Payless ShoeSource projects.
Senior Project Manager
Derek’s career started with Diamond Contractors in 1998, and he has moved from carpenter to Jobsite Superintendent to Senior Project Manager. Having worked onsite for many years, Derek has detailed knowledge and experience necessary to assist all aspects of jobsite management and scheduling.

Megan grew up from the age of 14 working in Diamond Contractors alongside her mother, Lori. Since 1994 she worked on jobsites, helped with logistics, and for the past 15 years has headed up the Finance/Accounting Department.

Jami has been with Diamond Contractors since 2003. In her career with Diamond, she has gained experience working in the Estimating Dept, Project Coordinating Dept, and on jobsites. Jami now manages Project Coordination, and Client and Subcontractor relations for Diamond Contractors.
